Module 3b
I will not overeat.
I will honour my body.
I will wait when I need to.
I will serve myself healthy food.
I will chew each mouthful and savour it.
I will be satisfied with sufficient.
I will stop eating when I am full.
I will minimize my junk food.
I will drink 6 – 8 glasses of water daily.
I will not eat after 8pm.
I will eat well and be joyful and thankful.
