EATRITE - Fat Awareness - 3b

The purpose of this exercise is to:

1 Identify how much fat I have been consuming each day in foods and snacks.
2 Write down fat intake and what changes I still need to make.

If I live 50 % of the programme, I will get 50% benefit
If I live 80% of the programme, I will get 80% benefit… etc

Scripture: Psalms 34:1-3

What have I been doing when...?

1 Shopping

2 Cooking for myself and family

3 Trimming fat off foods

4 Snacking

5 Recreational activities
