Keep a record to become aware of your eating patterns... or lack thereof...?:
The DAY (and date if you like)
The TIME you eat breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid-afternoon, supper and after supper.
Grade how FULL = 10 or STARVING = 0 you feel just before you eat.
WHAT YOU EAT - details of everything you eat.
How are your STOOLS? When in the day do you pass them? (Are they soft to firm or hard? Work towards soft to firm and usually more than once a day. Hard stools need more fruit and vegetables and less white flour products to regulate. )
Record your FEELINGS at the start of your eating. Record your feelings during eating.
Grade whether you felt IN CONTROL of your eating = 10, or OUT OF CONTROL of your eating = 0.
Grade: Did you ENJOY your food = 10, or NOT ENJOY your food = 0.
And... write down the glasses of WATER you drank throughout the day - aim for 6 to 8 per day.
Did you START YOUR DAY (WAKE-UP) with a glass of clear luke-warm to warm glass of water?
Did you EXERCISE today?
Did you WALK today?
Did you experience DETOX SYMPTOMS today? (Sore throat, headache, cough, stomach-ache, bloatedness, diarrhoea, skin eruptions, clogged sinuses, mucous, irritability, depression, weakness, tiredness. REST as much as possible. Eat lightly. Detox time can be four hours up to 10 days or so... The price you pay for your excesses of your past! Eat natural foods that nourish your body without robbing vital energy. Drink water. Smile!)
