1 Say "Grace" before each time of eating?
2 Take 20 minutes or more to finish a meal?
3 Sit at the dining room table or Designated Eating Place?
4 Use the good mannerly utensils?
5 Use a smaller plate or smaller section of the larger plate?
6 Eat savouringly and notice and enjoy every mouthful?
7 Put my knife and fork down between mouthfuls?
8 Chew each mouthful "52" times?
9 Tithe 10% of food on the plate (to share or store for a later time)?
10 Use a serviette/table napkin frequently?
11 Ensure I make and serve colourful, attractive food?
12 Encourage and participate in conversation whilst eating?
13 Serve myself only one helping?
14 Refuse second helpings?
15 Don't accept food from anyone else - in other words, do I serve myself?
16 Finish each mouthful before loading fork/spoon again?
17 Know about and eat a variety of healthy foods?
18 Stop eating when I am full, whether I have finished my food or not?
